Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC/LCSW)

We’re looking for a compassionate, grounded clinician who values connection, authenticity, and community-based care.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Provide individual therapy to a diverse client population

  • Maintain timely and thoughtful clinical documentation

  • Collaborate with a supportive team of clinicians

  • Have the autonomy to bring your unique voice and approach into your work

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Holds an active North Carolina license (LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT)

  • Values inclusivity, accessibility, and client-centered care

  • Is self-motivated and also enjoys being part of a team

  • Wants to grow—not just professionally, but personally
