Do I Need Counseling?

There are a number of reasons that people come to counseling. Sometimes they are going through divorces. Sometimes they are grieving the loss of loved ones. Sometimes they are struggling with major life changes. All are valid reasons to seek help. You’re not alone in your journey. We can help.

Mental illness and disorders are more than feelings. They can affect you physically. You or your loved one might have a loss of appetite, trouble sleeping, headaches, feel fatigued, or have memory problems. You might feel angry or irritable, sad, or tired. Our mental health is so integral to our whole being.

Some of these issues may be caused by physical diseases or illness. But if you doctor rules those out, give counseling a try.
